Planned Parenthood - Judith and Steaven Jones Health Center

I came here recently and it was the worst experience Ive had at a Planned Parenthood. Everytime Ive visited a PPH the staff is always super welcoming and kind. The staff at this location made me feel uncomfortable, and invalidated my choices. My appointment was at 9:50 am. I waited an hour for them to call my name. The lady who called my name criticized me for wanting to switch to a different form of birth control. I already felt uncomfortable but I wanted to try and just deal with it. I had to do a urine sample, but there is only one bathroom for all patients, so there was a line. I was told that after I gave the urine sample it would be another 45 minutes. I was getting anxious because I had work at 3. And it looked like I was going to be there till 3!! May I remind you my appointment was at 9:50 in the morning. I kindly asked a staff member to cancel my appointment because I had to be at work soon. She asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said I would make an appointment at a different PPH. She proceeded to gaslight me by saying, Well at all planned parenthoods you should expect to wait an hour to be seen, its like this everywhere. Ive been to other PPHs, and they take me in at my scheduled appointment time and they are polite and respect my choices. The only nice person was the security guard who politely greeted me and said bye when I left. Definitely wouldnt recommend this place.

Waiting time was too long even though I had an appointment (over an hour wait). I was already a patient and had filled out the electronic forms they sent me.Other than that, the entire staff was very respectful and helpful.

Don’t come here if you expect them to do there job, they will make a 4 hour process in 8 hours. They have no sense of the word “work”

Planned Parenthood is a well organized medical office. service is great, employees are very nice. I reccomend this place!

My first time here, first of all I was happy to have found a place that does the removal for an implant. I scheduled my appointment. The day of my appointment I received a phone call that I needed to reschedule my appointment due to staff. (I was pretty understanding after hearing they were short staff) I rescheduled my appointment for the next morning. The staff was polite, and kind. The place was clean and the air conditioner was running. The bathroom was fine. I would have gave them a 5 star but the only thing was I waited way to long, due to the rescheduling on their part I thought they could have been a little more considerate. Other than that I would recommend.

I checked in at exactly 10 am for my 10:20 appointment and I barely got called into the back at 12:20 pm

Thank you to Ebony, Yesenia, and every single person that works there. Yes the wait was a bit long but you go in knowing there is a chance of waiting. They are always lovely, understanding, and helpful. Thank you all again for everything you do not just my service!

I Had a good visit . I left with a smile since I gained the peace of mind that I had been seeking.

None of the Girls look happy to work here. They all have serious faces, theyre all Gossiping in little groups. One of the Girls was literally cutting some u ltrasound pictures and just looking at them, doesnt make being here any easier, dont know how they get a job here because you can tell theyre judging people here!

Overall positive experience! This was my first time going! The nurses were super polite and welcoming. They were very clear about letting me know what was going on.My only complaint was the wait time. I had an appointment but I didnt get assisted until almost an hour later.

Takes a VERY long time even with an appointment . Went for the plan B and had an appointment yet waiting 3hours like unbelievable what’s the point of an appointment?????!!! They over book

The entire staff was amazing they were kind and caring from the receptionist to the doctors. They make you feel safe and cared for you feel secure in their hands thank you all. Maybe because I had a early appointment my wait time wasn’t bad at all I got called right away I felt like I was in and out.

This place is run by buffoons. They have no idea how their own programs work, they dont know the cost of everything because they make it up as they go based on what they think they can get from you. They expect you have your entire day to spare and will screw up the same processes multiple times and have an extremely practiced were sorry about that which helps exactly zero.To add: 2 hours later and they still havent done anything at all. This place should be investigated and shut down. Absolutely pathetic display of professionalism. I told the supervisor how long I was waiting and that I was scheduled as an appointment and his response was maybe you should go somewhere else. Pathetic organisation and would be better of shutting down to stop wasting funds on this dumpster fire.

I went to planned parenthood on Saturday and I had a great experience, and my partner recently went. It was his first time and he was nervous and was applying for the fpact. He definitely qualified but the receptionist told him he didn’t. He continually asked about it and got turned away every time.I attempted to talk to the receptionist over the phone to clear it up and communicate a possible error on the paperwork on my partners end (I know paperwork is complicated) but he refused to speak to me and investigate the matter or try to help my partner. My partner was made uncomfortable and like a burden to planned parenthood and not supported with his first time ever getting tested. The workers in the back were great though, they really make the visit.

The facility is well-maintained & clean. The staff is so friendly & understanding. I had my appt at 2:30PM and was out of there at 3:40PM.Dr. Nancy is amazing !! Thank you Planned Parenthood for your services!

Been here over two hours since my appointment time. Very rude and some nurse had major attitude.

Even though I had a appointment; I was not seen on time. Literally an hour after my appointed time. Made me late to work. That’s why I made an appointment for a reason. Not to be treated like a walk-in patient. Y’all employees need todo better. Appointed customers have the priority!!!

The health center is clean and follows all Covid protocols carefully. The staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Nancy is the most caring doctor I have ever met. I highly recommend Judith and Steven Jones Health Center to everyone

Longest Ive ever had to wait. I came here for birth control & treatment. I had an appointment at 11:10. It is now 1:30 & I havent seen anyone except the guy who asked me questions. There is only 1 Doctor. The wait time is ridiculous.

Felt very safe with my results & the nurses are great, Felt very comfortable, Alina was amazing & the traine Diana also did an amazing good

Honestly dont know how these people got their doctorates or even passed college. Doctors have resources readily available to them so they know what to do in a time if they are unsure. Instead of these people actually caring and doing a little research like every other health care provider does , they brushed me off and refused me service. Putting my health in jeopardy. Now I know why I never came here. And thats not all they did but I dont have all day to tell you how ill educated these people are in their field.

They lie about womens health! They care less about my health and all they want is the profit $$$. They say there is no risk in abortion and contraceptives...when they know there is (some staff are ignorant)...so I stopped taking it. Do your research and find the truth!

Always a looooonnnng wait. People who work there are whatever could be better especially should try to make you feel more comfortable at an awkward situation.

I went in with no appointment, short wait, they gave me everything I came in for, and I had no questions due to the fact that they provided all the information needed.

Terrible service, the people up front have a terrible attitude acting like they didn’t sign up for their job. Just terrible stay, there’s other planned parenthood’s.

Go as soon as they open, the wait time is less. Very friendly and caring staff.
